Dr. Raymond Cornelison, MD

Principal Investigator


Raymond L. Cornelison, Jr., M.D., has extensive experience in dermatology, holding multiple academic and clinical positions at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 1969 to 2011, including Professor and Herzog Chair. He has conducted numerous clinical trials as Principal Investigator, focusing on treatments for psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and acne vulgaris. Dr. Cornelison is board certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology and has held leadership roles in professional societies such as the American Academy of Dermatology and the Oklahoma State Dermatological Society.

Dr. Ahmad Musa, MD

Principal Investigator


Dr. Ahmad Musa is a Principal Investigator at Epic Medical Research, Oklahoma. He holds an MBBCH from Misr University for Science and Technology and completed residency training in General Surgery at NYU Long Island Hospital and University of Jordan Hospital. Dr. Musa is certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) and licensed in Oklahoma. He has extensive experience in clinical research, having led numerous Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials across a variety of medical conditions including COVID-19, NASH, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Dr. James Freed, MD

Principal Investigator


Dr. James Freed, a Board Certified Pediatrician and member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, leads Epic Medical Research in Oklahoma. He completed his residency and internship at Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City and holds medical licensure in Oklahoma. With extensive experience as a Principal Investigator, Dr. Freed has conducted numerous Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials, focusing on COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, for renowned organizations like Moderna, Pfizer, Gilead Sciences, and AstraZeneca.
