Do You Need
Transportation Assistance?

At Epic Medical Research, we understand that getting to your appointments can sometimes be challenging. To ensure that our patients can access the care they need without any hurdles, we offer complimentary Uber services to and from our clinic locations. Depending on your needs, rides might include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, mini vans, or ambulatory vans. Make sure to tell us what type of ride you need in advance.

Our clinics operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Please request your ride at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely service.

Currently, we do not offer reimbursements as the Uber service is complimentary for our patients. If you have any specific needs, please contact our support team at [email protected]

Yes, you can request a ride for your child. However, for safety reasons, a guardian or responsible adult must accompany children under the age of 16.
