President/Principal Investigator

Haresh Boghara, MD, MBA, is an experienced medical professional with a diverse background in family medicine, clinical research, and hospital management. He holds an MBBS from Baroda Medical College, Vadodara, India, and an MBA-HC from UT at Tyler, Texas. Dr. Boghara completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Trover Health System in Madisonville, KY, and holds certifications from ECFMG, ABFM, MCI, and BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas. Dr. Boghara has a comprehensive work history, including roles as an Investigator at Epic Medical Research, Global Medical Research, and KRK Medical Research. He has also served as a Medical Director at Carefirst Primary and Wellness Center across 7 locations in DFW, TX, and as a Hospitalist Director at Apogee Physicians at Palestine Regional Medical Center and Methodist Charlton Medical Center. His experience includes positions as a Hospitalist at Rowan Regional Medical Center, an Emergency Physician at Canon Memorial Hospital ER and Trover Health System, and a Clinical Research Coordinator at Wake Research Associates and Reliable School of Transcription.

His hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Educator, Senior Clinical Research Coordinator, and Quality Data Manager has fostered robust collaborations with prestigious medical institutions across Texas, enhancing research initiatives and patient care. Beyond his professional endeavors, William’s personal life is enriched by his role as a devoted father and pet owner, finding joy and balance in family activities, music, and the simple pleasure of a quality cup of coffee.

Josie Anne Vita Quemado Propheter

Director of Sites Management, Regulatory, and Quality Control

Josie Anne Vita Quemado Propheter’s dedication and expertise in the field of clinical research are truly inspiring. Her role as the Director of Sites Management/CRC at Epic Medical Research is critical in overseeing the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of research excellence. Her leadership in Phase 3 trials for distinguished pharmaceutical companies, including Atea Pharmaceuticals, Enanta, Amgen, Pfizer, and GSK, particularly in areas addressing COVID-19, atopic dermatitis, RSV, eosinophilic asthma, norovirus acute gastroenteritis, and Alzheimer’s disease, underscores her commitment to advancing medical science and enhancing patient care. The impressive number of over 140 clinical research studies that Josie has been a part of signifies the substantial impact of her contributions to the field. Additionally, her active engagement in community outreach and volunteerism exemplifies her dedication to societal welfare and her desire to effect positive change beyond her clinical responsibilities.
