Dr. Haresh Boghara, MD, MBA, is an accomplished physician and clinical researcher with extensive experience across family medicine, hospital medicine, emergency care, and multispecialty clinical research. He earned his MBBS from Baroda Medical College in India and completed his Family Medicine residency at the Trover Health System in Madisonville, Kentucky. He later obtained an MBA-HC from the University of Texas at Tyler. He maintains medical licensure in Texas and holds certifications from ECFMG, the American Board of Family Medicine, the Medical Council of India, and advanced life support programs including BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Dr. Boghara has served in key clinical and leadership roles. His experience includes positions as Hospitalist Director at both Palestine Regional Medical Center under Apogee Physicians and Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas. He has also worked as a hospitalist, emergency physician, and medical officer in intensive care units.

Dr. Boghara’s most extensive contributions are in the field of clinical research. Since 2012, he has served as Investigator or Sub-Investigator in hundreds of Phase 1–4 clinical trials across major therapeutic areas including metabolic diseases, respiratory conditions, immunology, gastroenterology, neurology, infectious diseases, rheumatology, pain management, pediatrics, and vaccines. He has conducted research at multiple Texas-based sites including Epic Medical Research (Red Oak, Mesquite, DeSoto, Carrollton, Fort Worth, Garland) and earlier at Global Medical Research and KRK Medical Research.

Alongside his research leadership, Dr. Boghara has overseen primary care operations as Medical Director for CareFirst Primary and Wellness Center, supporting clinics across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and patient-focused care.

Known for his clinical expertise, operational leadership, and commitment to advancing medical science, Dr. Boghara continues to drive innovation and excellence in clinical research throughout Texas.
